. All items are new unless stated otherwise.

. Items are not exchangeable or refundable unless there are damaged. Please notify us immediately upon receipt of the items.

. To request for a reservation of more than 1 day a minimum deposit is required.

. Payment is to be made within 1 day after order confirmation otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the order.

. All complete orders will be processed within 1 business day once we receive the payment. Payments received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

. Once the order is confirmed cancellation is not permitted.

. Accessories are not included unless stated otherwise.

. All shipping costs are borne by buyers.

. A full refund will be given if the item/s are not available, and requests to re-stock will only be possible with advance payment (in full).

· Cash on Delivery (COD)
*COD designated locations will be in Petaling Jaya or Kuala Lumpur only.

·Pos Laju
*For delivery by post, full payment is required.

* We are not responsible for any loss or damage of the items during the delivery process.

* To check the item's status, you may do so online with the Registered Post tracking number provided by Pos Laju at http://www.pos.com.my/, or call 1300-300-300.

* Rates vary according to the total weight of your item and shipping destination.
(i) Pos Laju (WM) : RM7 (1-2 items) , add RM 1 for every additional item
(ii) Pos Laju (EM) : RM9 (1-2 item), add RM 2 for every additional item

* Please allow approximately 3 to 4 business days for delivery within Klang Valley, and for delivery outside Klang Valley, please allow approximately 7 to 10 business days.

* Remember to have someone collect your items when uncle postman arrives.
